1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all users of SubTracker (subtracker.io), operated by Innopulse Consulting GmbH, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. By registering, you accept these terms in full.
2. Service Description
SubTracker is a web-based SaaS tool for personal subscription and recurring payment management. The platform provides no financial advice, tax advice, or professional consultation of any kind. All displayed data is based solely on information manually entered by users.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password. Do not share credentials. Each person may only hold one account. Report suspicious activity immediately to hello@subtracker.io.
4. Plans & Billing
SubTracker offers a permanent free plan and paid plans (Plus, Family). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@subtracker.io.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SubTracker for illegal purposes, to attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform, or to share account access in violation of plan limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data & Privacy
Your data belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data. We process data in accordance with GDPR and Swiss data protection law.
7. Liability
SubTracker is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of data. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months, to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland.
