In the DoorDash app or on doordash.com, select the account icon.

Open Manage DashPass to see your plan and renewal date.

End the subscription
Select End Subscription, then confirm on the next page by selecting End Subscription again.

DoorDash sends an in-app notification and a confirmation email. Keep the email.
Before you cancel
- •Cancel at least a day before the renewal date. DoorDash states that a later cancellation does not stop the next charge.
- •Cancelling during a free trial ends the DashPass benefits immediately.
- •If you receive DashPass through a credit card or another membership, that benefit is managed under its own terms — check before paying for DashPass directly.

If you are charged after cancelling

- •If you are charged after cancelling, contact the provider first with the confirmation attached. Most reverse the charge without argument when presented with a timestamped confirmation.
- •If the provider does not resolve it, your bank or card issuer can reverse the payment. Card networks treat a charge after a documented cancellation as a straightforward chargeback, and the confirmation is the evidence you need.
- •For recurring card payments you can also instruct your bank to block future payments to that merchant. In the EU and UK, banks are required to honour this instruction even if the merchant continues to request payment.
